The Shiva Cultural and Community Centre, located at Queens Road, Aldershot, GU11 3JE, is a registered charity (Charity No. 1122604) devoted to promoting spiritual growth, cultural preservation, and social
Harmony among communities across southern England. It serves a wide area—from Aldershot, Farnborough, Camberley, Guildford, and Woking to London, Reading, Oxford, and Swindon—and supports traditions rooted in Hinduism, Buddhism, and Jainism. Established as a place of faith, service, and inclusivity, the Centre holds a special place in the hearts of the British Nepalese community and others who follow the rich traditions of Sanatan Dharma. It conducts regular worship of deities from Hindu, Buddhist, and Jain traditions, offering proper arrangements for all spiritual and cultural rites of
passage—from birth to death—including naming ceremonies, weaning rituals, weddings, and memorial services, as well as daily poojas.
